Hierbei wird das Bindemittel \u2013 L\u00f6semittelgemisch aus der R\u00fcckgewinnung des Asphaltanalysators PURE Grundmodul vollautomatisch in den Verdampferkolben des integrierten Rotationsverdampfers eingebracht. Das Modul besteht aus einem vollautomatischen Rotationsverdampfer inclusive Glassatz mit Linear- und Hubantrieb, 2 Heizb\u00e4der mit unterschiedlich regelbarer Temperatur und der Membran Vakuumpumpe im stabilen Modulrahmen verbaut.<\/p>\n<p>Das r\u00fcckgewonnene L\u00f6semittel aus der Destillation wird automatisch entweder in den L\u00f6semitteltank oder den Altwarenbeh\u00e4lter abgeleitet. Das Modul Rotationsverdampfer kann nur mit dem Modul Asphaltanalysator Pure Grundmodul betrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Steuerung und Eingaben erfolgt \u00fcber die \u201eProf.EX 4.0\u201c Software am Asphaltanalysator PURE Grundmodul. Die grafische Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che erm\u00f6glicht eine einfache Bedienung und Eingabe.
