Vacuumcontroller with digital display and micrprocessor to controle a vacuum pump 95-2475 to perform following tests:
- Binder recovery using a rotary evaporator EN 12697/3
- Asphalt density test EN 12697/5
- Determination of water sensitivity EN 12697/12
The controller is equipped with 2 modes to provide a depression with 3 preselectable vacuum steps from 1000 to 20 mbar. Each step has an observation- and cycle time preselectable from 0 – 99,99 h/min/s. Mode 1 is used for tests acc. EN 12697/5 and EN 12697/12 (standard vacuum steps 700-200-30 mbar). Once the preselected step is reached the vacuum pump is automatically stopped by the controller. When the preselected observation-/cycle time is expired the controller starts the vacuum pump again to continue to the next vacuum step. Mode 2 is used for tests acc. EN 12697/3. With this mode each vacuum step is automatically controlled in order to remain constant. The vacuum pump 95-2475, the containers for density resp. water sensibility test 20-1435… and the rotary evaporators 20-1300… are not included and have to be ordered in addition.
