Bitumen Washing Machine 2016 to clean bitumen polluted containers, glass flasks etc. using Trichlorethylene or Tetrachlorethylen in a closed system. The stainless steel wash container 500x300x300 mm is equipped with a indirect heating system and spray nozzles. By use of exchangeable inserts racks round bottom flasks, RTFOT test cups etc. can be cleaned. Sprinkling and solvent steam is used for the washing process. A vacuum system assists for drying the clean parts and for destillation of solvent. The bottom part of the wash container is equipped with a valve to remove the bitumen into an evaporator flask whilst the solvent is recovered in the clean solvent tank. The complete process is computer controlled with variable washing cycles. Usual runtime appr. 30 .. 40 minutes. Supplied including 8 inserts for round bottom flasks 1 l or RTFOT glass..
